Charlotte Arts Council Cuts Again

The Charlotte Observer reports that the Arts and Science Council of Charlotte is cutting its grants to groups by 4%, after cutting their dole toll 25% last year.

It sounds as if most groups are reconciled to this.

I'd like to hear more about the ASC's plan for their "match.com for the arts."
